Commission scheme

Applied to the August 2026 run. Changes take effect from the following month so an open run is never re-priced mid-month.
How it works. Commission accrues when a job is issued — not when it is invoiced. It is then held until the client invoice is settled. An officer who issues 12 or more jobs in the month also earns a AED 1,500 target bonus.
